I was going to give four star however after i review all the papers that I was given to sign I notice a charge of $2298.00 that I did not agree during our discussions. I would not recommend VW of **** to anyone. I live in ****** and my *****'s fuel pump went out just north of ****. I had my car towed to the **** dealership on Monday. Wednesday they were able to put it on the computer and see that I needed a new fuel pump which would take 2 days to get there. Friday at 4:30pm I was told that my car was ready for pick up. I recently tried to finance a used vehicle through VoW and was told over the phone that me and 1 of my 2 co-signers was approved. I lived an hour away an explained that to them which was fine. I made an appointment and asked what we needed to bring. I was told I needed proof of income and my co-signers only needed a drivers license. We made it down to Waco only to be sent to another associate who knew nothing about why I was there. Absolutely disgusted at what theyve done to *** and his deposit on a Golf R. Cant even purchase a vehicle at an agreed in writing price. Avoid this business at all costs.
These people saved the day I was turned down by sooo many dealerships, or given a HIGH down payment. **** was able to get us in the car we wanted for a LOW down payment and reasonable payments. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and will definitely be back to buy my next new vehicle.
I bought a certified used Volkswagen Tiguan 2018 with ***** miles on it. Took it in today to have serviced for ***** mile extended warranty and power train warranty. Only had vehicle for 9 months and it needs tires, an alignment and other minor issues that cost over a total of $1500. Very upset! Talked with the manager didnt even seem concerned even after viewing the video.
This place took complete advantage of my 90 year old father a couple of months ago (without me). He went in to purchaser a new Golf. After deciding to buy it he paid them a 10000 down cash payment which they did not include on the finance paperwork. In addition, they basically stole his trade-in by not putting the trade-in value on the paperwork as well. So basically they stole around 14000 dollars from the get go.
