If I could give less than 1 star I would, totally RIPPED off my son on a used car. Adds $2200 of dealer crap and refuses to take off. Permaplate Protection is BS and they know it. I would never buy a car from here. I was looking to replace my Nissan Rogue at their sister dealership Nissan of Streetsboro, but after this experience I will buy it elsewhere.
