I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for over $40,000 and I’m extremely disappointed with the way I’ve been treated. They attempted to sell me an extended warranty for $2,700—even though the car was still under the manufacturer’s warranty. Additionally, they charged me $570 for interior and exterior protection, claiming it had already been applied, but it was clear the car had no exterior Nano protection at all. If I could give less than 1 star I would, totally RIPPED off my son on a used car. Adds $2200 of dealer crap and refuses to take off. Permaplate Protection is BS and they know it. I would never buy a car from here. I was looking to replace my Nissan Rogue at their sister dealership Nissan of Streetsboro, but after this experience I will buy it elsewhere.
