Terrible dealership experience, I went in set on buying a Golf R that day and the experience there led me down a rabbit hole to buying a Civic Type R instead. I scheduled a test drive for a manual 2024 Golf R and during the drive they led me around the block and back into the lot. I go to this location because it's closest to me but I need to start driving farther and going to a different one. None of the staff have ever been rude but their customer service and communication are absolutely awful.
Be sure to shop around on any parts quote that you get from these guys on parts.vw.com - they gave me a (parts only) quote that was 30% higher than the other VW dealership in San Jose
