The service department always takes great care of my vehicle. I have a local Volkswagen dealership 13 miles from my home, but I choose to drive 3 hours because the experience and attention to my vehicle is superb.
It was my first oil change ever on my new car at this dealership. The interaction was really dry with the folks there. It’s not the same dealership I bought my car at, but it is closer to home. The guy talked so fast that I didn’t hear what he said. I had to ask again after standing there thinking we needed to stay longer for a recall. Dude saw us and didn’t say a word. Tried to tell me they exhausted every mean to get a quote for a vehicle that wasn’t worth the price after the passive aggressive dealer went into the managers office for an hour. Told me my best option was to get a vehicle loan out right from navy federal as I’m military and “could probably get approved”. Walked across the street to Matt bowers and got approved for a better car with better mileage and price the same day with the same down payment this dealership said wouldn’t be sufficient.
