Great: Got me in for oil change right away; service rep was nice and greeted me right away. Not-so-great: Agreed to pay for 30K mi. brake flush. Final price about 20% higher than quote (service $ was low and they didn't mention fees). They do charge an additional 3% for using CC, which they don't verbally indicate on quote, but have small signs posted next to register.
