Daniel was BY FAR the BEST car salesperson I’ve worked with and this is my sixth vehicle purchase. I was a little nervous about going from only owning Toyotas to joining the Volkswagen family but Daniel’s high level of customer service, his explanation of each step in the process, his expertise and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations and now I KNOW that I’ve made the right choice!
Overall Lack of communication - I had to reach out for all updates -advisor forgot things we discussed, didn’t answer questions, provided conflicting responses, and was not knowledgeable about services or vehicles in general. -didn’t do everything that was asked -On the first call, I mentioned the possibility of an alignment, but wasn’t sure it was necessary. Bought a used ID.4 here a year ago and while I love the car, I’ve had issues with the finance department not updating warranty information including names so we couldn’t file a warranty claim for broken welcome puddle lights. Since then nearly every time for service and warranty work there is inconsistency on what qualifies for a loaner. Service staff says no, manager says codes qualify. We’ve been told no for a loaner only for someone to say “actually they can have one” so it really feels dishonest at times just to prevent ... read more
