Beware! Disaster! Liars! Used to be a customer of Palm Springs VW & loved it. Been driving VW's since 1974 & this takeover by Coachella Valley VW is BY FAR the worst dealership we've EVER encountered. HORRIBLE! We are now with Moss Bros in Moreno Valley. GREAT dealership and it's COMPLETELY worth the drive from Palm Springs
The service department at Coachella Valley Volkswagen was extremely helpful and supportive with a problem solving team that helped get me get on the road safely before the Thanksgiving holiday!
