I called to make an appointment for an oil change on 7/28/21. I was told that they were backed up and the first available appointment would be August 6th. We recently purchased a used vehicle from VW Orland Park. It is my fourth car purchase (the other three were from other dealerships), and it was by far the worst experience I've had. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION! We leased a car from Volkswagen of Orland Park in 2015 and the experience was wonderful. In May 2018, we decided to trade in our leased vehicle early to purchase a newer model, which was another wonderful experience. This past July is when everything went downhill because we received a bill from Volkswagen credit in the amount of $771 for the lease that we turned in on May 12, 2018.
