After being there for hours due to a car was sold 4 days ago and the vehicle, I was interested in was sold. I then had to look into something else . My budget was to stay in 12,000 - 15,000 . I ended up with a 2021 Hyundai Venue SE on the site it shows 13,500 but was sold to me for about 15,679. I didn't think to check the price of the vehicle or just anything in that matter! We have now leased and purchased 4 different vehicles from Ed Carroll VW. Their service and attention to customer needs is the best in the industry and by far the best for business we use frequently. Our Sales Agent Kat McNutt was so friendly, knowledgable, and determined to make us happy with our lease or purchase. Support staff...financing, service, etc. are all equally a 5 star!

Scammers. Terrible experience trying to buy a car online here. Was quoted an "out the door" price "with all fees included" that I was okay with. So I applied for financing and got approved. But when the salesperson sent me the Bill of Sale to review, they tacked on another ***$2000*** for "Accessories" (that when I asked wth that was it turned out to be a 7-year "LoJack subscription" that I didn't ask for) and $700 for "Government Fees" and refused to itemize exactly what those fees were for.
