Cameron my sales person was excellent He answered all my questions and the test drive was great and he told me of all the features and the engine and all the qualities of car and made me comfortable in whole process of purchasing my new VW Jetta SE I would highly recommend him as anyone's salesperson
We were not planning on purchasing a new car but having my daughter total my car Christmas Eve, that plan changed. AVOID CARTER VOLKSWAGEN BALLARD: SHADY PRACTICES, UNAUTHORIZED TEST DRIVE, AND DISRESPECT Let me be blunt—this dealership is a joke. Out of FIVE other dealerships I visited to get an appraisal for my grandma’s car, Carter Volkswagen Ballard was by far the worst. Every single one of the other dealerships offered more for the car than CarMax, Carfax, and Carvana. Carter Volkswagen? They somehow managed to offer LESS than everyone else. I currently have a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan that has been sitting in the Hiley service department for 44 days since October 21, 2024. It is waiting on a new Fuel Injector Wiring Harness, which is apparently a common part to go out on the 2018-2019 Tiguan models. The faulty wiring harness is so common, that Volkswagen extended the warranty on them to 10 years or 120,000 miles. I have never had a bad service experience with Hiley until now.
