PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I was planning to purchase a BRAND NEW 2024 Taos S from Volkswagen of Orange Park , however due to their lack of honesty from their finance manager (*****) I had to walk away from a vehicle I was completely set on purchasing. ***** the FINANCE MANAGER and HAMLET DE *****(sales person) were completely dishonest when providing the information in regards to how long I would be able to finance the vehicle and how much i would be paying. Orange Park Volkswagen service department will not fix your vehicle right but they will keep charging you for parts and labor you do not need! I had to take my vehicle to Osteen VW to get it fixed properly after OP Volkswagen messed it up and charged me for it then none of the managers there will listen to you or call you call very poor customer service they charged me 745.00 and never fixed my vehicle right and quoted me another 600.00 and it was not even the problem be aware of this service department like I said very poor... read more
I was told that my parts were $880 and the total cost would be ****. I went and paid it when I looked at the receipt the parts were only ****** and I was charged 880 for labor which was overpriced. I spoke to the general manager and he listen to the call and her the advisor tell me the incorrect information and told me there was nothing he can do. Two stars for now... my daughter had her car towed to Volkswagen of Orange Park for an ignition repair. *********************************************** estimate for repairs IAW ******* statute *******. We would be glad for an estimate, but we are ignored and down a vehicle. **** has promised to call back but does not, ******* is the only person to help at all. We live in the Panhandle so it is frustrating to know we are miles away and in the dark.
Sales manager Matt lies and tells you your trade in is paid off when in fact, they have NOT paid it off.
After spending 12 hours there, hearing continual lies about cleaning only taking “another 15 minutes,” and finally being able to leave after 9 PM, we have continued to be harassed by this dealership. Every other day we have received phone calls and text messages asking for numerous documents and paperwork that we had already completed.
