My experience with this dealership has been amazing. From my initial contact, through my auto purchase, service, and even courtesy washes of my vehicle. Every single department has been exemplary. I highly recommend VW of Ocala.
Service manager will talk to u down if he dont like a response or a rating from u. My car was pulled out bay. And refused to do work on the car cuz the honest review I gave. And the gm mike did nothing about his service manager screaming and swearing in front of my 4 year old. Mind u I bought a car with so much problems from them and missing things I payed for under agreement.. this is the worst place to buy a car. The worst experience ever. And let's not forget.
