James was amazing, we reached out to inquire about a 2022 Jetta to purchase for our daughter for her first car. Not only did James support us, he answered all my texts in a timely manner and was so kind. I’m happy to say we purchased the car and picked it up 2 days later, the car was detailed, had a full tank of gas new plates and was ready to drive off the lot when we arrived. It was a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend.

This place gives the perception its managed poorly. I used the online scheduler to book a service appt. I waited for some time to drop off my car. The online service built in menu didnt allow me to really explain my issue. When I picked up the car, the desk was again too busy and had to wait again. The techs did not clean my car after reassembling the dashboard and left all sorts of residue on the glovebox and dash in the front passenger area.
