Nice staff. Misleading sales tactics were used to sell me on a paint protection plan. They claimed it covered multiple things it turns out it does not. Useless warranty. Aside from that I was happy with my car.
I went in to get a car a while back. James is nice and helpful but the ppl above him aren’t as open to negotiation or room. It sucks. They ran my credit and it was on the lower side but I had a good amount of downpayment. It’s obvious they didnt want to make an exception with me, other dealerships are more welcoming and caring. Here is strict and cold. It is what they tell you & no room to budge
Have loved the service at NuCar for a while now. However they have lost a significant chunk of my trust based on my recent experience. I went in to have them check out transmission issues. They found no transmission issues, but the multi-point inspection pointed out a burned out front driver’s side daytime running light.
