I had an outstanding experience at Volkswagen of NorthTampa! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The service department was honest, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. I experienced some wobbling in my car, and after a thorough inspection, they discovered that one of my tire treads was separating. Along with that, they performed brake work and replaced some shocks. Now, my car drives like a dream! I also want to highlight the excellent communication I had with my service advisor, Dustin—he was fantastic as always.
Had a scheduled appointment for 7am at the service department for oil change and also got alignment done. Initially, I was told 1 1/2hr wait. The VW was "finished" at 11:15am -( 1rst picture). I had to quickly return as I realized that apparently the alignment was off as the car was pulling to the right (What kind of drive test did they do?). They get the car in by 1140am. Soon to be told by the service advisor that "I need new tires" (just like that!). I spoke to the technician that took over the issue and I got them to rot... read more
Horrible dealership i had to drive my buddy to pick up his car after service they said they would pay for a Uber for him to go home they never gave him the money we have text receipts and the manager asked both of us if we got the uber fee and that he sent it in the mail, that same manager is now saying they never said they would pay or anything so hes just straight up lieing now. My friends service rep quit that company i can understand now.
