I have an ID4 and unexpectedly needed charging while in my travels. I called to see if they could let me charge my car a little bit and Corey was extremely helpful! I'm relatively new to the EV world and didn't anticipate needing a charge while on my trip today. I was panicking and Corey saved the day, even during a rain storm. Thank you for the assist Corey!!
Very attentive and polite
It appears that VW was aware of the mess that their service dept was and brought in a service director named John who was very professional, courteous and helpfull, and resolved all the issues i was having. Thank you John, you are a credit to VW I am apoplectic! Overlooking the fact that my car is less than three years old and I am having to take it in to get the tint repaired on the back window, the service I have received from this dealership is horrendous.
