Scheduled an appoint to have the brakes replaced (including a quote) and replace transmission fluid. They said it would be a couple hours next week. I come back in for the appointment, asked that they were indeed going to replace the rear brakes, they confirmed, and I waited. 3 hours later, they said the rear brakes needed to be replaced, would I like to wait the rest of the day or get a loaner.
