Great experience here, easy to deal with and no games. I was out with a new car in under 2 hours. I dealt with Lorenzo made everything super easy.
Staff is very cooperative and service is very professioanl.
Brought my car in Friday at 815am. Asked for an oil change and with out an appointment I knew it would be hard. The guy Michael said at first he wasn't sure of what he could be done. I began to walk back to the car and he said it should be able to be squeezed out by 11. I asked him again if 11 was a hard (the actual time) number to hit. He said 11 should work out. He came up with the time 11. I also explained to him that I was driving my car out of town this weekend and I didn't want to leave past 11. Well 3 pm rolls around ... read more
