GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER!!!!! So apparently I was signed up for a biweekly payment program without any knowledge. This company ***************** called me many times non stop trying to "help me" set up payments with my bank who loaned me the auto loan. Not sure why anyone would need to pay a company to make payments when they can pay the bank directly and cut the middle man out. I dropped my car off at the beginning of the September, September 2, at 100,000 miles, for a scheduled timing belt service. The service was not due until 130,000 miles according to Volkswagen service schedule. There were no problems with the car AT ALL. The service department was not prepared, did not have the parts or tools ready which caused a delay. The car was ready for pickup on Friday.
