had a very bad experience. They told me the service would take only 45 minutes, but I ended up waiting for two hours. This issue was caused by their own injection pump problem, yet they didn’t offer any water, coffee, or basic customer service while I waited. At the end, the customer representative didn’t even give me the video of the work they performed on my car. I called twice and still haven’t received any response. This was the worst customer service — they just want your money and don’t want to actually do the work
Two words: incompetent and negligent. We took our Jetta for a full inspection before a road trip. The car was fine, we just wanted to check it out. They came back with a $3,500 estimate that included changing breaks that were not necessary. We decided to go with everything else for $2,500. On the first gas stop in our road trip, the car would not start after fueling. Since it is manual transmission we were able to turn it on in neutral and moving. They push you to buy parts that are not necessary! I dropped my Tiguan for service. I received a phone call saying that the car was ready but I need a brand new battery. I explained that I was surprised since the battery was changed less than a year ago and still should be under warranty. I was called later to tell me that the battery was fine after all, that it only had low voltage and that it was recharged and that I didn’t need to change it.
