Had a great experience buying our atlas this weekend. Bob started communicating over text and was able to have everything figured out and made everything super simple for us. We were driving from Bremerton to Kirkland so we had a bit of a drive luckily our drive was easy with minimal traffic but by the time we got there we didn’t have much time to waste. Service advisor John is great. Had to bring my 2022 id4 in 3 times within 3 months so not so great about vw. Also this dealership does not wash your car after repair. Maybe all vw. Another reason I won’t be buying a vw again.
