I am the owner of a 2020 Volkswagen Jetta. I've been getting my car serviced at this location for over a year. I've had work done under warranty and outside of the warranty in at least 4-5 times with in the past 7-8 months. Visits occurring on 09/03/2024, 10/05/2024, 10/28/2024, 01/09/2025, 03/27/2025 and the most recent 06/18/2025. The visit which occurred on 01/09/2025 I complained about an oil leak and the service advisor "Frank Indelicato" stated they found the problem, and it involved the transmission. I recently took my car in for my usual service appointment. Then I met with Michael Frohnhoefer and everything changed. He was kind, considerate and professional! He also made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Not an easy thing to accomplish at a car dealership.

Bad service. They don't answer the phones, can't transfer calls, and WILL NEVER call you back. I asked some questions regarding my car and why it was having issues only 2 weeks after buying it, and they got an attitude and probably suspected I was trying to get a free fix, when really, I am just wanting simple answers to simple questions. They claimed they had informed me of a problem with the ECS in the car, when all they had ever done before was change the battery. I had a fabulous experience with Strong VW in Salt Lake. My service agent, Cameron, was transparent and I requested a timely appointment of two hours due to my rigorous work schedule. I checked in at 1 pm and was finished at 250 pm with all of my questions and concerns professionally addressed. The financial was speedy and thorough with this professional able to educate me.
