This dealer is a fraud! I leased a 2024 ******* in July. Im on my 5th temp tag. No one answers the phone. I keep getting the run around. I paid all my taxes and fees and dealer doesn't have funds to get my car registered. Called ** Credit and they cant help me either. They say they can send me all required docs to register the car myself. Absurd! I have to pay another $3500 to get it registered myself even though i already paid everything. VW of Freehold took advantage of me in so many ways it bogles the mind. I'll summarize here. I went in to buy a vehicle with cash. They convinced me to just put down a large deposit and finance the balance so I could "build my credit" They then added gap insurance and an extended warranty I told them he didn't need or want. They then fanned only the bottoms of the signature pages to sign, covering up the balance of the documents. They did not, nor have ever provided me with his copies of the paperwork. They are extremely misleading and just want to get a deal done even if they have to deceive and lie at your expense. If you agree to a deal here, READ EVERYTHING THEY HAVE YOU SIGN. They will add clauses you never agreed upon which will have you paying more money monthly and in totality and then tell you theres nothing they can do about it. Avoid this dealership.
If I could give this place a 0 I would! The manager, ******* is dishonest, rude and just downright horrible. Do not buy a car from this place.

The management of this location is the worst on the planet!! Once you leave his location with your vehicle , you don't exist anymore. I had an issue with my new vehicle registration, all he did was see that all my calls were forwarded to full mailboxes. Messages left with his employees to return my calls went unanswered. His only concern is selling cars ,the customer is garbage to him. The salespeople are very helpful,HE IS USELESS and a WASTE OF SKIN!! If anyone is considering buying a VW GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!
