We bought a 2022 TAOS on 09OCT21 from VW of Fort Myers. Among the items on the window sticker was a "Scheduled Maintenance Plan Contract" (SMP) for $205. which we do not need as it only covers 3 oil changes. We received the SMP contract in an email from VW Group of America and it clearly states the contract is OPTIONAL and NOT A CONDITION of Sale however when we called the Dealer to cancel the contract per the terms they refused to refund our money saying it is a factory installed "option" and can not be removed!
