Would not recommend using the service department here they did warranty work on my car and now I’m having the same issue that they fixed which supposedly they fixed and now I have to come out of pocket and pay for work that they fixed supposedly.
I bring my VWs here for service because of the quality of work and attention to detail, especially from top mechanic Jon Zick. Jon has taken good care of my vehicles over the years and always has given good solid advice in certain mechanical situations that have arisen in the past. The remodel looks great 👍
Teena was great in the beginning of the sale. I got a good trade in for my old Jetta and was looking for a Passat to buy. I found my car I wanted here for a good price and I was happy with my selection. Things really went downhill after the sale was completed and they got their money. It was a hassle to get everything completed on the car.
