⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with this dealership! Austin, my salesperson, went above and beyond to help me through the car-buying process. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out for me. Austin drove my new car home for me, which meant so much and really showed his character and commitment to his customers. If you’re looking for a dealership that goes the extra mile, I highly recommend asking for Austin! Thank you for everything!
Very knowledgeable team. Quick and easy to purchase a pre owned vehicle and trade in my old vehicle. Very fair trade in amount.
Austin Becker was great to work with! He was transparent, honest, and knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. Definitely recommend Volkswagen of Eau Claire to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle!
Can’t recommend Austin from Volkswagen of Eau Claire enough to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. He made the process so easy, was there to answer all questions, & very professional & personable to work with. He was never pushy with the buying process and very knowledgeable. Thank you Volkswagen & Austin for the great buying experience. Only place I plan to purchase my vehicles from.
Took my car for oil change and tire rotation to Volkswagen in Eau Clare, tool 2:30 just to have these things done, they did not had the courtesy to vacumm the car as well, I do take my other cars to Lexus and Mercedes delerships to Minneapolis which are busy places but never have to wait for more than an hour. Poor services in Eau Claire.
