Jackson went a mile and a half extra for me after the sale, but the sales process took a long time and I was exhausted when I left. I also noticed a potential problem but was not given information about it. I don't think there's anything that could have talked me out of this car. I would have liked him to write up a maintenance report for me, rather than just telling me I didn't need an oil change for 10,000 miles.
