I love how they make sure to resolve your issues with understanding. My transmission went out early on my car which is unusual for Volkswagen, sometimes life happens though right? My warranty was out and they didn’t have to, but they met me half way and I love my car so it was worth it!!! Alonzo made me feel heard in this rare situation so I was comfortable that some how it would get resolved
