Service gets worse over time. I had not been at this dealership in over a year because the service is so abysmal, but I heard it was under a new owner and I needed my routine maintenance. Dropped it off on Monday morning for the 30k service check and got a mid-day call from David Vargas or Lopez, have been given different last names.
