Had a great time working with kristian and John on my new vehicle purchase!
I was especially impressed by Arlene and Frank. They went over and above to make my Volkswagen experience a totally satisfying on.
Only VW dealership in the area. We purchased a new key fob and programming. I found the service department a little lackadaisical not well runned and quality of work is low. Left car dirty from doing a inspection and wanted to perform 950.00 dollars worth of preventative work and some items were specklative due to no documentation recorded? I wasn't satisfied with them and would rather travel 2 hours to San Antonio in the future for needs.
