I went in hoping to get approved for a car but honestly thought I’d be denied . The cars I was first looking at were okay — they fit my budget, but I wasn’t completely satisfied. Right before we started the paperwork, they surprised me by bringing out a 2023 model that was affordable and perfectly within my budget! I don't know where to begin. If you like getting ripped off, go there. The service department is terrible. They will call you and not even know who they are speaking to and I needed an emblem, was quoted one price in April and in six months it went up $30.00 and the guy said, that's just the way it is!
Took my Jetta for O2 and TCM issues—asked multiple times, got ‘very sure’ it was fixed. Stalled 12 miles later. Returned it; now $6,300 for ECM/cat converter, called ‘separate’ after a free-fix promise. Advisor clueless, no updates unless I called. Car back with burnt headlight, low tire—sloppy. Train staff, honor words. Done. Exploited my reliance for for their assumption.
Service has been terrible lately. Usually I get told if my warranty covers stuff for my car and my recent advisor didn’t even check to see if my car had warranty and if it covered anything. So I paid money for nothing and now waiting on refunds( if I get it smh). Huge headache. They also put on my paperwork (the last couple times I went in) that they gave me a car wash and vacuumed my car …. They definitely did not. ETA: they shorted me on my refund. Smh. Back in 2023, my daughter financed a 2020 Jetta. It’s suppose to be under her name with my wife being the co-signer. Well, didn’t work out that way. Cynthia Sandoval, and Marco Ponce did not do that. They put the Jetta under my wife’s name and now it’s preventing her to buy a new car. Very unhappy with this process, and will not be returning here.
