The service department attempted to ******* my daughter when she brought my Jetta in to be serviced. I'm quite certain it's due to her being a young female. It was brought in for the 100K recommended service and a state inspection on Aug 15. They first quoted her six hundred dollars for the recommended service. Per the owners manual the only recommended service is an oil change and check all fluids. I would like to exactly what they were going to do to the car?!?!? This business is practicing Faud, they are charging for services they did not perform, they actually broke my car while it was in their possession for routine maintenance, They charged $662.75 for changing my oil and filter, for changing my brake fluid, for changing my 4Motion fluid, they did not change the oil. I am forced by this APP to give a star rating, I would rather give a negative star rating based on the businesses deceptive practices
