Great experience! The staff was knowledgeable, patient and professional. I definitely recommend.
Terrible service. Multiple times I've taken my car there and they give me a run around. Keep telling me there's a fix coming but no documentation to support it. Same story different month.... Same issues Update: It's August 2024 and I'm still waiting on this "VW Update" as promised 4 years ago. I'm gonna assume I was fed some BS at this point....
I originally left one star because I paid nearly $900 for them to not fix my car and they kept it for over two weeks. They said I needed a $7000 new engine so I took it somewhere else who just changed my oil filter and my cars been fine ever since. Then I changed the review to 3 stars because someone called me and said they’d look into a refund. It’s been months and I never got the refund or even a call back.
Love my new Atlas Cross Sport. Very enjoyable buying experience from both the sales department and finance department. I’m excited to be a part of the Volkswagen community.
