Although I didn't end up purchasing this time around, Elizabeth Sweet was very helpful well I was looking to purchase a Jetta. The Trade price just wouldn't work for me, but I was told a different avenue by the sales Manager that did work out. So, they couldn't help me but, in the end, they actually did put me in the right direction and all worked out great. So just wanted to give kudos where they are due. I will stop back in the future when I'm ready to buy.
Liz is absolutely incredible! As someone who has never financed or leased a vehicle, Liz made me feel so comfortable in a situation that I always feared would be intimidating. Dare I say she even made it almost enjoyable?? She did such a wonderful job at making sure I understood everything before committing to anything. I can’t recommend Liz enough. ESPECIALLY as a first time car buyer. After this experience I can proudly say I’m the new owner of a Volkswagen🩷
I did have a less than satisfactory experience with the service team in terms of communication. The service manager did reach out to me and I very much appreciated that and made me feel a lot better. Seems he tries to lead by example. His team should follow him.
