Worst car dealership in town cars’s been sitting here for two months, not even been looked at!!
Just a poor experience all around.I had an oil change done on my car here.I now have oil all over my garage floor.I called three times to arrange to have it looked at and it’s been two weeks and no reply.i called back displeased and was told i needed to wait two months to have their error inspected.being told they have 4 mechanics clearly indicates they can’t service any new car you buy here let alone fix their errors in a timely manner for customers.i seldom leave reviews unless a business has deplorable service and deserve... read more
I brought in my VW Passat due to my wipers only going into the intermittent and low settings. The diagnosed it and said I needed a new motor, and they would need to order it. A few weeks went by and nothing and finally about 2 months later I called them and they were like, yes the part is in. So I brought the car in and sat in their waiting area for about 3 hours waiting for the repairs. The service guy came in and told me the repairs were made and I was ready to go. Visiting this dealership to find a car that would be great for my mobility issues & Kelsey immediately came to greet my husband & listened what we have to say, soon she not only offered us to see the cars that would be great for me but also brought them next to our car so I wouldn't have to walk to much. We dropped in on a Friday evening after an oil level warning came on an hour into a 4 hour road trip and the VW dealership staff took us in immediately, corrected the oil level, and sent us on our way in under 20 minutes! Absolutely the best and most efficient service we’ve ever had.
