We purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas from Bismarck motor company in January and had a fantastic experience! We live 3 hours from Bismarck but the customer service we received was well worth the drive! We worked with Preston and he was great! I told him we specifically wanted a bench seat in a 2024 atlas and he was able to send a detailed video of a vehicle that was a new trade in and wasn’t out on the lot yet. Nathan (A new service advisor) helped me out a lot.. My bill was half of what I was quoted and I was given a ride home until car was ready and then given a ride back.. Good people and great work.
Service advisor was on top of things and very nice. Got my car back within the promised time. However, the pricing was absolutely nuts. I paid over $520 for an oil change and transmission fluid flush. I don’t know if I can justify going back nor recommend this dealership solely based on that.
Excellent service. Came in for a recall. They took care of it promptly and threw in a visual inspection. They have a shuttle service so I was able to take care of some groceries while I was waiting. Thanks!
