Bad service overall. Poor customer service and guess what ? If you try to sell your VW to them …they pay less than carvana (10% less) Nice people, but it’s clear it’s a brand’s problem. Not enough technical employees and they are just at the survival mode. Sad to see as a mechanical engineer who had 10 different VW’s. Keep your distance from VW Ann Arbor. Just sold my ID4 (at carvana) to never buy another VW at least here in Ann Arbor Michigan.
Reed was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! I wanted a new electric vehicle and ended up test driving several different options. He made the experience go fast, and I was able to drive away that week with exactly what I wanted. It was a smooth process and Reed helped me to find a vehicle that was a great fit - I’ve had it for a few months now and I’m loving it.
