After a horrible experience in Perrysburg for a 10k service, I tried Germain VW. I actually spoke to someone, got my appointment, and due to a software recall and a warranty repair, I was given a loaner. Connor was polite and got it all handled! Just picked up my Buzz and am good for 10k more miles. Bonus inspection video was nice. Dealership is a lot like the one in Jacksonville FL where I got my VW before moving. This will be where I take my business moving forward.

Hannah in Sales is amazing! She took her time in trying to find something for us trying to make it work out. Her communication was great and she did a great job navigating how each vehicle worked and the features. I would highly recommended going to her
My VW Jetta is now 11 years old. We bought it at VW of Ann Arbor, initially for our son, and the car has seen some rough driving! Now, that it's mine, I get all my service, from oil changes to smaller repairs, from VW. Last week they fixed some auto body issues, installed four new tires, and for the first time I paid a bit extra for detailling! Absolutely worth it! The car feels brand new, inside and out.
