Earlier this month I went in for a routine oil change. But this review isn’t about the maintenance but the customer service. I’d like to give a shout out to Steve Ball, the nicest, most congenial employee I’ve met working at any dealership. He listens to you and patiently answers any of your questions. Really puts you at ease. I come to VW Ann Arbor for service even though there are a couple other VW dealerships that are closer, because of the friendliness of the service staff like Steve Ball. Thank you.
Ashton was super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous today. He helped with checking out my tire with a nail (which turned out to be a short screw) in it, checking the tire pressures and having all checked out by a technician. It was all very helpful service from Ashton and all the service team. I also enjoyed a nice cupo of coffee a d was able to get work done for work while i waited. I am a longtime customer and your great service is why. Thank you Ashton and all !!

Have always not been a fan of service bought a 22 taos had a great sales experience. Went to buy my 24 tiguan but sales wasn't even good wife had put deposit down but sales guy said you're not buying a vehicle today i sm to busy, ended up getting one out of Dearborn. Now today 6/15 take vehicle in because engine light is on and service personnel on Saturday 6/13 said if it comes back on come in Monday. Every single time I need to schedule a service they tell me a supervisor is busy and say they'll leave a message and call me back. They never reach back out even after days of waiting. I get my car serviced here because it's the closest vw dealer too me but every single time its the same thing. But when I go to pick up my car no one is doing anything but sitting around. No sense of urgency just lazy, if you have a chance bring your car anywhere else.
