Took my Jetta in with a rear light error message. Steve Ball looked at it right away (no one else there when I came in.). Luckily it was the bulbs. He replaced them, took the car through the washer and I was on my way. Based on this, and previous experiences, I can say that Steve is very knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused.

Both Steve and Marty have gone out of their way to help my daughter with her Tiguan! So polite, respond immediately by phone and go above and beyond. Steve has truly gone out of his way to accommodate us and take care of everything perfectly! And always washes our car as a treat!!!! I wish all customer service peeps were like Steve!!!! It's nice when someone wants to make life easy for you and is competent!!!!
