This is the second time Ive had to bring my car in for the dashboard recall. I waited several hours the first time only to be told I'd have to come back. This time it also took a long time, well over 4 hours, to complete the update for the dashboard recall. The time estimate I was given was about an hour and a half. While I can accept that issues will arise, it would have been nice to be updated once or twice with the progress. I had to inquire about half thru my wait and all I was told is, "it's going well".
