Great experience! Our Service representative Steve Ball prioritized transparency, clear communication and simple explanations during our visit. The best part of the experience was Volkswagon created a video (1st person) with a simple audio explanation of what was inspected and repaired on our vehicle during the service appointment. He sent us this video, and asked if we had questions or concerns BEFORE we arrived to pick up the vehicle. He also provided us an estimate of the cost BEFORE we arrived.
