Recommended services that, by the manual, are not yet recommended for another 10k miles. Didn’t know my vehicle was AWD so didn’t recommended a service she thought I needed. Took nearly three hours for an oil change and tire rotation despite having a scheduled appointment. My car didn’t enter the bay for 1.5hrs. Staff was friendly, personable, and the facility itself was clean.
Service was great and Roselyn was able to take care of my Tiguan!
Had a good experience, got my wife a excellent vehicle for her birthday. Process went very smoothly. I knew what I want and asked for and got reasonable accommodation to issues I was concerned
Drove in from out of town for a scheduled appointment for a critical recall air bag repair that they warned us not to drive the vehicle (no explanation of how to get it there without driving). They didn't have the part in. No call to tell us no need to come in. Horrible customer service. Incompetence in action
