Communication fell short. Received notice that my car was ready to be picked up. I get a ride to go pickup. 20 minutes into my ride over to dealership I received a message that my car was not ready. I also scheduled my appointment at 1pm for the discounted rate. Before leaving my car at dealership I asked is it possible to use military discount as well and the VW rep I was working with said yes.
