The wait was insane and price was expensive.
Rude and incompetent service staff. If you can take your car ANYWHERE else, do it. Quoted one price for service - charged much more and blamed me and my daughter for "mishearing" original quote. Service "Manager" was rude and condescending.
We bought a 2021 Atlas Cross Sport new from Speedcraft. In 2024, while still under warranty, the Coolant alert came on while driving. We brought it to Speedcraft and they said nothing was wrong. We kept documentation indicating car was checked during warranty period in case there was a future problem. In August of this year (2025), less than a year later but when car was out of warranty, we got another Coolant alert. Called Speedcraft. They didn’t return the call.
