Melissa was very Professional, helpful, kept me updated on my service. Answered all my questions. She's the Volvo advisor helping out on Volkswagen's side, it was a pleasure finally meeting someone on the Volkswagen service who enjoys the customer service side of helping people.

Absolutely terrible experience. Never recommend this place. Having to see another dealership that’s so far away simply because the manager doesn’t call back and the main lady there is extremely rude and literally said we are an inconvenience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We have had issues with our car since we bought it. We have talked to them, brought it in, their excuse is it’s just a VW issue and all of them do that. Our parking break slams on when in reverse at times. Destiny’s response was “well you’ve never had a Volkswagen.” And “what do you want me to do? You can bring it in and I’ll say the same thing I said before.” I asked to speak to the person about her and she said he would call back whenever he had the chance and haven’t heard back ... read more

I dropped my car off on Monday. It is now Wednesday, 12:30pm and still no word on my car!!!! I have tried to call the service department several times and it goes to voicemail. I am beyond frustrated!!!!
