This visit was for the 40,000 mile service. Scheduling with the Service Mgr. was very easy and questions were answered in a courteous and informative manner.
Made an appointment online for a special on tires. No communication from the dealer, this should have been the first sign. I went in anyway, and was told by the service counter that they didn't have my appointment on record (I do have the email confirmation for the appointment) then he told me there were no technicians that day. He also informed me that because of their error, there was no chance to reschedule and keep the special price on the tires I wanted and had made an appointment for. Do not go here for service. Moved into the area and it's close. Called to schedule service. Left a voicemail, no one ever called back. Tried their online system, got a robocall, but there was no one there (tried several times). Called back to the main line, was put on hold, then was hung up on. So I'm going to a different VW dealer (where I got an appointment on my first call)
