service advisors take zero accountability and want to brush off major issues with my vehicle every-time I take it here. Been here multiple times over the last year about my vehicle losing power randomly while driving and they don’t want to look at it. Terrible customer service.

Had a great experience at VW/Volvo Cerritos. Jimmy P probably has to be the coolest, non-pressure, laid back salesman I have dealt with. He allowed ample time for my family and I (3 wild kids) to get familiar with the vehicle and showed no hesitation w/ my multiple requested test drives. For those seeking a non-pressure, stress-free experience, I'd highly recommend requesting for Jimmy P.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. These people dont understand the concept of "negotiating" I have sat through and purchased many cars in my 62 years of life. So when I came over here and told them my price expecting them to meet in the middle they told me to get out and the guy angerly walked away. I felt so low as if I was worth nothing the way he dismissed me and my Husband. So I left and drove off to Timmons VW and we signed a deal for an I.D. 4 the same day.
