I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McKenna Cerritos Volkswagen. When I signed my lease, I was told that I would receive 30 minutes of free charging every day because the vehicle is electric. However, that benefit was later removed, and I ended up having to pay for all of my charging sessions. I feel that I was given information that was not honored after signing the agreement. I was also told that my lease would be for 36 months, but after reviewing my contract, I discovered that it was written for 39 months. ... read more
