I purchased my vehicle from McKenna Volkswagen. As part of the sale, the car underwent a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Inspection, after which I received a 24,000-mile warranty — at a significant cost to me. I also purchased a VW Care Extra plan at the same time, which was designed to activate once the vehicle's original factory warranty expired, given that the car had successfully completed the CPO Inspection. Bad Experience with this dealership! Took me awhile to write this review. We bought a used VW Atlas, in 2022. Ever since we drove it off the lot, we've had nothing but problems. We took it back to dealership to get problems fixed and nothing was fixed. I have all the service reports and all the attempts and they continue to say nothing was wrong with our car. I gave a 2 stars because we liked the car. But now we have to find other options.....Buyers Beware!
