I went into Volkswagen with a check engine light on not knowing what was going on with my vehicle. I pulled in for my appointment and was immediately greeted by Ryan V! Ryan helped me out and got me into a rental car right away. I had a lot of work that needed to be done unfortunately.. but he kept me up to date on everything being done and communicated with me daily. I had an amazing experience! I will definitely be referring friends and family to him for our service in the future!
I've taken my vehicle here for a couple of years and have always trusted the advice of the service department. Today, I took my vehicle to an independent shop to double check if the work Bergstom was telling me to do was actually necessary (replace breaks & rotors) and it turns out that was not needed. I have about 70% of the life left in my breaks! Never again.
I recently had to bring my 2023 VW GTI in for some recall service. I have been taking my GTI to Broadway VW in Green Bay. I had a long standing relationship dating back almost 20 yrs with Broadway VW. I could not get my GTI into Broadway VW in a timely manner to suit my schedule. I cannot thank Dan Prell for a wonderful car shopping experience. As we were just "looking" that particular day ..we ended up walking away with a new 2024 Atlas. His patience, understanding and expertise made us feel very comfortable buying a car that day!
