Was looking for a very specific car with specific features (manual transmission and a sunroof in the GLI) GreenBay didn’t treat my daughter or myself with any respect so I wasn’t skeptical about going to Appleton’s location, but they had the car I was interested in. SUPER common radio problem on my 2014 Passat where the radio keeps rebooting in a endless loop, VW has a firmware update for it (update 5328), but yet they still want 180 to "diagnose" it, when theres nothing to diagnose. Its a common glitch, happens randomly, that is fixed by a firmware update, made by VW. Glad I stopped coming here after my warranty expired. Go local. Not worth it to pay 180 for a 'diagnosis' of something that doesent need to be diagnosed, but instead needs a software update. If they knew about these cars,... read more
