My 2023 VW ID.4 got into an accident after we had it for just a few months. It then stood around at the body shop for 6 weeks because VW was unable to provide the needed parts. In the end, my insurance decided to process it as a total loss because we couldn’t even get an ETA on those parts from VW. As a result of this drawn out process, I had to pay $580 for a loaner out of pocket. I asked their customer care whether they would reimburse me, but of course the answer was no.
Dear Volkswagen You build awesome cars, they are really worth its money, BUT you need do something with your loan policy. You guys have too many requirements, or, your management is too old and not flexible. Take an example from Toyota, they give a loans quick and now. I had to buy Lexus instead of VW Atlas because your AutoNation Dealership weren’t able to give me a loan and this is not my first try to buy a VW. Lexus gave me a loan right away. Once you make affordable loans, you will blow this market
I am beyond frustrated with the service or I should say lack of service I have received from Sunrise VW and VW Cares! In November 2018 (yes two years ago) I brought my car in for service. It was determined that I needed a part that was no longer in stock. I was required to prepay for the part. Volkswagen customer care is worse I had problems with 2020 ATLAS which I lease in May 2020 within two months navigation was mess up and Bluetooth was not working I took to sunrise Volkswagen to fix and they had to order part which they had no idea when parts will come so I contact customer care to look into for almost two months they had no idea also so I told( Kelly B from customer care) replace the ATLAS which they say they can not then I ask Kelly to give credit for months payment which she say Volkswagen can only give $2... read more
Need a new car? Well don't look to get a reliable one from VW at Sunrise. I had a 2004 VW Passat for 15+ yrs before I decided it was time to get a new car, big body perhaps for my tiny self. VW treated me right in the past, so why not stick to what I know. Well, I learned my lesson rather quickly, how much things had changed.
