I’d like to thank the sales team at this location. My car was held a couple of days longer than expected. Due to the snowstorm yesterday, it caused the service shop to close early, and I missed the text message about it until after work (my fault for not reading the text completely) and after dropping off my rental car. Extremely useless service department. The so-called “service manger” self-professed that he knew how to do business and maintain good customer relationship. Well, that was a hell of way of doing business. You never wanted your loyal customer (bought two cars here) walked out of your door angry and not wanting to ever step back into that door again. Brand new car and within a week I received the “dynamic sign assistance is limited” light on the dash. The service department answer was to just drive it until it clears off. Two weeks later I still have error on the dash. Service department isn't competent at all.
Wes was brilliant from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful from pre to post sale and when we are back in the market for a new car, he'll be the first person I reach out to.
