After going through the reviews i realized that i am not the only person whos windscreen has been cracked in this dealership and they somehow try to convince you that you came there with it, and can provide absolutely no proof it did, they say they run their cameras and it was there , however they cant seem to show you the feed, multiple people have brought their cars here for service and left with brand new issues, i thought it was just me, cant a lawsuit be filed against this dealership? something has be to done, its only ... read more
Phone system is garbage. When you call service, instead of them directing you to someone available, you are given 4 choices and if the person you picked doesn't pick up. You need to navigate back to attempt to call another person. All 4 service agents have been away from the phone for the last 2 days
Sales team service post sale is awful. Bought a preowned car and when I went to pick it up not a single thing was done to it and they tried to play it off as if it was all done. Conditions of the sale included new tire (due to nail), touch ups, detailing and winter mats. We wait 2 hours for the service team to address the tires, but then noticed the car was not cleaned or touched up once we finally saw it. Good people and service
I was already impressed prior to coming in after being offered a same-day appointment. After sharing my need for a new to me SUV with Rosty, he helped me streamline my choices to fit exactly what I needed as I'll be moving to BC very soon. A big thanks to Rosty (and an extended thanks to his team) for helping me walk away same-day signed for a beautiful 2021 Tiguan.
