Impossible to get even a basic service or part. Keep getting transferred to numbers where no one picks up. They call me asking to call back a number then ask "who called you and why" without providing that info in the voicemail, infuriating.
This is my second review of VW Downtown Toronto. There are no words to describe how horrendous this place is in terms of customer service. They literally do not pick up the phone. You could call the service department 100 times and use every employee extension and no one would answer…the only way I could see getting an appointment is driving down there in person…in likely the same car you want serviced. Jeoffrey from Service team and David from Sales team are the best. They are both efficient, accommodating and most importantly they care about their customers. Five stars!
I purchased a new VW Golf from them in 2017 and I’ve had the majority of my maintenance work completed by their team over the years. 10/10 would recommend. These guys are professionals and I’ve never left there feeling anything but full confidence in their quality of work. Special thank you to Jeoffrey for keeping me updated and answering my call after hours. I’ll be back when it’s time for a new car.
Terrible experience and it was clear that the employees had been driving the car as all of our settings had been changed, mirror adjusted, radio and centre console completely changed. It took 48 hours to get our tires switched after they thought they lost them, and over an hour to find our car at the service centre.
