Jeoffrey from Service team and David from Sales team are the best. They are both efficient, accommodating and most importantly they care about their customers. Five stars!
I purchased a new VW Golf from them in 2017 and I’ve had the majority of my maintenance work completed by their team over the years. 10/10 would recommend. These guys are professionals and I’ve never left there feeling anything but full confidence in their quality of work. Special thank you to Jeoffrey for keeping me updated and answering my call after hours. I’ll be back when it’s time for a new car.
Terrible experience and it was clear that the employees had been driving the car as all of our settings had been changed, mirror adjusted, radio and centre console completely changed. It took 48 hours to get our tires switched after they thought they lost them, and over an hour to find our car at the service centre.
The worst sales and communication experience ever! If you don't want to be disappointed in VW brand, waste time, stay away from this dealer. It is better to go to another dealer.
Terrible technicians that have no clue what they are doing. No ethics, no care in the world to make things right.
