My husband and I recently purchased a new 2025 Atlas after my Buick Encore GX was totaled in an accident. Due to my old car being a total loss, buying a new car had to happen quickly. All I can say is I was incredibly indecisive on Tuesday. My brother sent me to the VW dealership to test drive the Tiguan. The dealership itself is gorgeous. The car handles like a dream, and the sales team took great care of me (shoutout to Josh!). I had a great experience.
I called this dealership 4 times over the course of 3 days to get a quote on some service work for my Volkswagen and they suck in the service department. No one ever returns my calls like they said and they always leave you on hold for a long time, nobody knows anything. What a disgrace and this is a dealership.
The best car buying experience I’ve had! Very transparent and sales consultant was very helpful and was able to relate to my needs in a car. My sales consultant even brought my car down from another dealership the next day so I was able to get my car soon as possible. Can’t stop talking about my new car as well as the amazing service!
