I lobbed at Volks Affair early morning with a very sick VW Tourag,.. before they opened,.. I was in a spot. Tom was just opening, and the place was full of cars, and it was just before a long weekend. I'm thinking: I'm stuffed; they don't know me; I won't see my car for a week. These guys are proper mechanics, fair and good communicators. I had an urgent repair thet they fitted in and completed as fast as possible and charged a very reasonable rate. I thoroughly recommend.
Great experience with Volks Affair and Tom. My VW Golf had an electrical issue and wouldn’t start, showing multiple warnings. Tom diagnosed it quickly and found a missing fuse in the engine bay that was preventing power to a module. Once replaced, the car started normally and all faults were cleared. Really appreciate the clear communication and honest, methodical approach. Thanks again to Tom for getting me back on the road. Highly recommended for VW owners.
