I took my VW Golf to Volks Affair after the dealer from whom I purchased the vehicle quoted me $275 for an "inspection fee" to look at why the blind spot monitor was not working. Volks Affair inspected and fixed the fault for $204. Ironically the fault was caused by incorrect wiring on the passenger side mirror (which had been replaced by the dealer previously). Volks Affair were transparent and a pleasure to deal with.
I found the level of professionalism, quality of the service delivered and high level of communication to be second to none - well done. Your pragmatic approach to repairs was very much appreciated - no gouging just to increase the bill - just fix what is needed/required and a list of things to keep an eye on for future maintenance prioritisation. I will be back and I will recommend you to others. Thank you!
