Dr. Volkert has an excellent "chairside manner". I was so apprehensive about having dental work done that I procrastinated on it for years. Dr. Volkert reassured me, he was so considerate and gentle in my mouth, I was so relieved...finally a really gentle dentist who is thoroughly professional and experienced! I would recommend Dr. Volkert to any of my family or friends, he`s a caring and skilled professional!
Dr. Volkert's office is very warm and welcoming. I walked in and Vicki greeted me with and smile and got me in the room right away. Dr. Volkert explains everything very well and makes it easy to understand. Dr. Volkert is very nice and gentle. My favorite dentist ever!
