It is the worst place to live in Chatham. Its has been so cold last few days No heat in apartments. Can even set your own heater then you lose power some reason. Power not able to handle two heater. No hot water. and Rain water ever where. Can wait to move out of here

Regret to rent a place from this place. Poor management. No maintenance at all , They removed my car while I was living there. They just want to make more money I assume. Hot water problem exists all the time.
Very bad experience, the landlord doesn't take care about anything and he is disgusting. Don't rent!!
