EAsily the most knowledgeable trainer ive worked with, had three others in the past. made fast progress and got a plan to start working out onmy own after about 3 months.
Started out doing 30 minute sessions with Chris and loved it. I lost 5lbs in the first month, and didnt adjust my diet at all. After we got my diet on track I ended up losing about 1 or 2 lbs every week. The workouts were always different and fun and he always made sure I enjoyed what we were doing.
