Go see Alexis at Volition. She is amazing. I love that she does both deep tissue and adjustments. She has helped me numerous times giving me stretches and exercises to do to improve my flexibility stretch and prevent future injury.
I see Dr. Alex for physical therapy and dry needling and she's excellent. Highly recommend to any athlete.
Dr. Buford addressed a long-standing mobility issue very efficiently and professionally. The booking and the treatment went very smoothly and were very enjoyable.
