This doctor is horrible! She will meet with you, but she will be late to the call. Also, she won't send any of your MUCH NEEDED prescriptions to your pharmacy. DO NOT book with her!
Did an online appointment with this doctor because I needed to order some labs. She never ordered them for me and I can't get a hold of anyone to get them ordered. Waste of time and money.
Hung up on me! Actually demanded that she could not help me, less than 5 minutes into the visit . She demanded I hung up and that I would not be billed. She refused to even listen to me. I was humiliated circle medical needs to not let this monster be on the app. I reported her ! I hope everyone reports her. She’s a disgusting lack of empathy devil filled with evil
Dr. Volha is a horrible mental health provider. She needs her practice license removed and be terminated from Circle health. Her visits were focused on rushing me and preaching about she needs her 15 minutes so she can assist as many clients as possible. I didn't realize I am not important enough for more than 15 minutes. She started treating me differently when I told her I consume THC for my anxiety. She is anti-THC treatment and will treat you horribly for doing so. My experience with Dr. Volha Haliantava is one of the worst experiences with a medical provider I have ever had. We had a virtual appointment and she called in late. She would not listen to any of my health concerns, constantly would interrupt and talk over me, she refused to order a basic blood test, hung up on me before our time was even up. If you want a doctor that cares about your health please look elsewhere.
