This was the worst service I’ve had in years. Maybe decades. I waited tables for 5+ years, so I tend to be more patient with servers, yet I’m also more critical. Unless someone is actively rude, I always tip at least 20%. Our server - and most of the staff - had the urgency of molasses. I appreciate the freshness of their drinks, but having to hand squeeze the ingredients for every single margarita - at a Mexican restaurant - is grossly inefficient. And the food was awful. I accidentally left a low Uber Eats rating and support is not letting me change it, so I’m writing this one to make up for it. Restaurant was super fast and when I had a problem they immediately solved it. Food is great and prices even better.
This used to be one of my favorite places for Mexican food... Several times in the past few months I went there and the food just isn't the same. Seems like when prices go up the quality of the food goes down.. I had their chicken wings and they were so disgusting, no meat on the bone and extremely dry, no flavor whatsoever... The restrooms have been looking nasty and been finding my "clean" silver with food stuck on them, the tables are always sticky and dirty and have to have them cleaned again before I sit down .
