I am writing this review because I have lived here for four years. My bedroom carpet is disgusting. I asked them what they can do if they can maybe take it out replace it with vinyl they said no they would give me a free cleaning guy came for about 10 minutes I’d removed everything from my bedroom. He said the carpets would take 5 to 7 hours to dry.
