I used to live here. Maintenance is never on time. Management is rude. Absolutely terrible would not recommend.
My experience at Venu Live Oak has been absolutely fabulous and that is all because Amani’sExcellent guidance and help to make renting and move in to my apartment without any frustration. She is always there to help you no matter what and advises you to come to her at any time if you need assistance with any issue At Venu Live Oak. Amani should always receive the highest recognition available as she adds to the beauty of the complex.
In short, I cannot recommend moving here. Management leaves a lot to be desired, the parking situation is atrocious and both Cattlemen and I-75 are LOUD. Now for the longer review. First, the good. The apartments are clean and modern, albeit rather small for what they are charging. The pool and common areas are well kept. Maintenance staff responds relatively quickly to service requests.
