Amani F, She is an excellent person, she has helped me whenever I've needed it and is attentive to all your needs. The condominium is very nice and quiet, I really feel very comfortable here.
Great maintenance
Overall amazing!! The staff is amazing attentive and very nice . Any time anything needs to be fixed in our apartment they jump right on it. Respond within in hours. We are just getting ready to sign our renewal offer. The offer is amazing could not turn it down. If you are looking for a great place to live at a fair price just minutes from the UTC area or a short drive to the beach I highly recommend Venue Live Oak
Love living here . Any maintenance needs are handled promptly. Corey is excellent! I really appreciated how quickly my issue was resolved.
