I was so excited to hear about this place because I could not find decent gluten free pizza anywhere. My first two visits were great but yesterday was a big disappointment. I went at lunch. There were only two people in the restaurant when I got there and one picked up the to go order & left. My pizza took forever then when I finally got it, it was burned all around the edges. No apologies, no explanations. I only ate the middle of half. Did they think I wouldn't notice?

Awesome pizza! My wife and I are regulars there at Volare. I tell everyone about this place because they need to experience it for themselves. Great food and very nice people. We love it!
